Our Story

It all started when…

My interest in carpentry expanded when my parents designed and built their custom home over 20 years ago and I would help the builders onsite as often as possible.

From this experience a passion grew for the trade and working with my hands. After high school, I felt my calling was leading me to work with my hands, so I enrolled in the Pennsylvania College of Technology. 

Upon graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Residential Construction Technology and Management, I went on to work for a large commercial outfit and a few custom remodelers in Washington DC and Pennsylvania. Shortly after moving to Delaware, I married my beautiful wife Sarah in the summer of 2011. From 2011-2015, I worked for a custom homebuilder in Delaware as a carpenter then Site Superintendent but felt a calling to something more.

In May of 2015, I started Rogan Custom Construction with the promise of delivering quality, craftsmanship, and pride on every project.

With the help of amazing clients and word of mouth referrals we have continued to grow while continuing to deliver quality workmanship. We take great pride and are highly complimented in providing a clean and organized jobsite with every project.

In the Fall of 2022 we decided to move up to Pennsylvania to be closer to family. Though the move has been bittersweet professionally and personally, I will continue to provide quality craftsmanship with each project in the NEPA region.

My life has been continually blessed by my wife and three amazing children, Declan, Clara Grace, and Conor. They keep our lives full of fun, laughter, and entertainment. When not on the job I enjoy spending time with my family and being outside. My main hobbies include woodworking, gardening, and sports.
